Shantae' Cavalier

I am a Certified Professional Coach/ Relationship Coach who specializes in helping people cope with their issues. I received my certification from World Coach Institute. I am a dedicated wife and a mother of 5. I coach my clients in a way that utilizes both their heads and their hearts. I first learned about coaching when I hit a roadblock in my own life and was struggling to move past it. The techniques I developed were so successful that friends and family began asking me for help with their own challenges. As time went by, I started using my skills while working as a family support expert, therapist liaison, and an assistant supervisor/ behavior therapist for children with autism and other related disorders. I have been blessed to speak to the youth on self-care, self-love, identity, and being the best version of themselves on many occasions with different programs such as the Big Buddy Program. Seeing the joy I was able to bring by being a listening ear for families expressing themselves and helping therapists reach their goals motivated me to turn my newfound passion into a career. My goal is to help others find effective techniques to better themselves and/or their relationships while breaking generational curses. If you have any questions about my methods or would like to schedule a consultation, please get in touch today through the Contacts page.

Santresa Turner

My name is Santresa Turner originally from White Castle, La. I currently live in Houston, Tx where I work for MD Anderson as a Patient Service Coordinator. I’m also working towards my Nursing degree at Houston Community College. I am a wonderful aunt to 4 beautiful nieces. I served as the Before and Aftercare Director at South Baton Rouge Charter in Baton Rouge, LA. I’ve always had a passion for people, to help them overcome situations that I’ve faced or similar. 5years ago I was faced with 3deaths 6months and 22 days from each other. My mom, grandmother, and uncle. I sat and asked myself how I would overcome this. With pray and a great support group, I was able to overcome the toughest times in my life. At one time in my life, I suffer from identifying who I am. Now my confidence is higher than my stilettoes, and my faith is stronger than glue. Today is the day I listen to you and give you the same support that was given to me.
